You can relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. On this beach there are more toilets and beach workers will also provide you free sunscreen. Restrooms and laundry facilities are open. Duty of lifesavers until 6 pm (this is when it closes).

The people’s Beach at Jacob Riis Park

South-east from Wadsworth fort to the Recreational Gateway section of Miller Field, this 15-mile boardwalk and beach area runs parallel to the boulevard Father Capodanno. It’s one of the four vast beachfront locations on the Atlantic Ocean in NYC.
